Three to five vetted candidates within 72 hours of your request. Zero commitment.
02Paid trial

Candidate rate + small platform fee

Three to five days of real work. Billed at the candidate's usual rate plus a reduced trial fee. Invoiced weekly.
03Placement

10% of first-year salary

Paid once, within 30 days of the hire starting. No monthly fees, no retainer.
0430-day replacement

Included

If the hire doesn’t work out in the first 30 days for role-fit reasons, we source a replacement free, or refund 50% at your option.
05Employment contract

3, 6, or 12 months minimum

After the 30-day guarantee, you and the engineer formalize with a standard employment contract. Minimum initial term is at your choice; extensions are the norm. This contract is between you and the engineer.
What this pricing is not

We don’t charge a retainer. We don’t charge per candidate. We don’t have monthly platform fees. We don’t sell subscriptions or tiers. If we send you a shortlist and you don’t hire anyone, you owe us nothing.
