Portfolio review.
We look at what you’ve shipped: code, products, architecture choices. Depth over decoration. We tell you quickly if it’s not a match.
- day 3–5
Technical interview.
One hour with a senior engineer on your core specialties. Real questions about real systems, not whiteboard riddles.
- day 5–7
Collaboration and communication.
How you explain technical decisions, how you handle disagreement, how you work with people who aren’t engineers.
